Accuro seeks to provide a range of services for children/young people with a disability and their families.
Our main area of operation is West Essex where we currently provide the following services:-
In Harlow, Epping Forest and Uttlesford:
Shared Care - family based respite care provided by volunteers in their own home.
Family Support Work Service - paid workers provide support within a child's home or by taking the child out.
Summer Holiday Project - paid workers provide 1:1 support to enable children/young people with a disability to access leisure and social activities during the school summer holidays.
In Uttlesford only:
Saturday Play Club - for children aged 5-13 based in Saffron Walden.
U-19 Leisure Scheme - provides weekly social clubs in Saffron Walden and Great Dunmow for young people aged13- 19. Also provides an annual holiday in the autumn and activity days during the school summer holidays.
