Aims/Objectives:
To develop cricket from grass roots to the test arena. We aim to give everyone the opportunity to be involved in cricket regardless of background or circumstance.
We aim to increase participation in Cricket, widen access and provision for Cricket, increase the facilities and workforce to increase the capacity for Cricket to grow and be Vibrant in Essex. We have various cricket Development Programmes, for example: Chance to Shine, Disability Cricket, Women and Girls Cricket, Community Projects (Cricket used for Social inclusion) street20/Street Chance, Cricket Force (facility improvement and volunteer programme), vCricket (volunteer recruitment and reward scheme), Coach Education and much more
